Heyy all(:

Well, woke up at 12 and watched abit of TV. At around 12.30 I went to change and dad fetched mii to AHS for mii training. Haha, went back to the hostel first and saw Cheryl coming out of her car as well! LOL! So her mum followed her up to help her change her bedsheet while I changed mine as well. haha. Cheryl's mum was like "See? Rachel know how to change herself leh" haha. After that, her mum took home some of her dirty clothes and left. So, after awhile, Cheryl and I went to the stadium. Met pokpok and Hilda outside the stadium. Went in and went to the gym. Did abit of gym and ran 5 half courts before running stairs. So, we ran 1 round of the big stairs(double of normal stairs) and 1 round of half court each after the 5 half courts. We did for a few times.. I think I'm going to suffer from muscle cramp tomorrow. -.-" After that we did 50 pumpings and 30 sit-ups. After that we did timingx50(alley) and then did the 4 corners passing then to 3 corners. Halfway through the 3 corners I was having headache. That sucked. Told coach and she told me to rest for awhile. So I drank water and rested at the steps. Shortly after that Kelly joined mii as she felt like throwing up. So, male coach asked if I wanted panadol. And I said no. So instead he gave mii chewing gum from clorets or something. haha. But it helped as it was very refreshing. Washed mii face and after resting for awhile more, I went to join them. Trained throughout with gum in mii mouth. haha. And Chew Shian told mii to stop chewing! LOL! Hmmm. Played match. Mii, Pokpok, Cheryl, Rachal and Peiying VS Doreen, Faithe, Chew Shian, and forgot who else already. opps. So anway, I forgot the score. -.-" Okay, performance wasn't very good at all Only managed to score like.. 1? And I missed like.. 4. But all in all, I guess I enjoyed training today. Played another match against coach, 3 of her friends, and Clara. I missed alot... sian. I only managed to score 1 or 2 in that match. What is happening man.. sigh. After training, which was around.. 4? I went back to the hostel together with Cheryl. Pokpok tagged along too. Packed mii things and called mii dad to come fetch mii. Alright, I got to rush already. Having a family dinner at TM. LOL.
